Expiry Dates
All RST packages must be completed within 12 months
- Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. No Exceptions.
- Gift Vouchers must be used within 3 calendar years of the Date of Purchase
- After the gift voucher recipient has chosen the date of their course and communicated this with us, all terms and conditions for rescheduling as outlined in the Policy will apply.
Coxswain Courses must be completed within 6 months, however date changes may be made using the automated RESCHEDULE system using the button in the emails that you receive. Each change of date incurs a fee as specified by the Reschedule website page.
In all events, the REFUNDS Policy takes precedence over this page of information.
In all events 12 months is the absolute cutoff of all courses even taking into account paid reschedules, mitigating special circumstances, resits etc. No courses may be extended beyond this.
